Every job runs ICRA-disciplined from setup to terminal clean. Class III and Class IV containment, particle counts, negative-air HEPA, daily logs. It's how we work — not an upcharge.
When Joint Commission leaves comments, we move fast.
We've been the contractor St. Anthony's, Blake Medical, and other West Central Florida hospitals call after a survey for years. Life-safety code corrections, infection-control corrections, large or small — we read the report, scope the work the way the surveyor will check it, and turn it around within the window before resurvey. Time-and-materials on smaller lumped work, fixed-price on larger discrete corrections — your call. We'll quote it whichever way fits.
